Gary Lee Phillips, age 68, of Nirto, West Virginia passed away Tuesday December 13, 2011 at home.
Retired from State of West Virginia A.B.C.C. Survived by partner, PJ Hazlett. Daughter Susan Phillips and
son Jeffrey Phillips. Grandchildren, Zachary & Samantha Phillips. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road Westerville, 6-8 p.m. Tuesday where service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday December 21, 2011. Rev. Maurice Martindale officiating. Interment Maplewood Cemetery
