WHEELER
Daniel Patrick Wheeler, age 51, of Westerville, called home by the Lord on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at home. A man of God who shared Christ with all he came in contact with, Psalm 18:2, and a believer in daily communion. Leaving behind for the Lords return are his wife of 29 1/2 years, Theresa; children, Joshua (Vanessa), Angela (Duran), Nicolas, Emily, Rachel, West, Miracle, Noah, Hannah, Rebekah, Olivia and Stephen; grandchildren, Isabella, Duran, II and Lillian; mother, Carla; sisters, Molly (Paul), Sharon (Dave) and Jennifer (Jym); brothers, Tom (Donna) and Andrew (Karen); many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Albert, brother, Albert, II and 4 infant babies. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Saturday from 10-11 a.m. followed by a graveside service at Blendon Central Cemetery at 11:30 a.m., Matt Shetler, minister. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral costs.

From the first day I met Dan and his family I was taken back by the joy and the spirit of the Lord shown by him and the family. Dan always witnessed for the Lord. Although his passing was quick and who is ever ready to let a loved family member go, he has left a tremendous legacy in the hearts and souls of his children. I pray on for continued comfort and peace from our Lord on each member of the family. Michelle and I and the family send you our love and our hearts go out to you during this time of loss.
