Virginia W. Lindsey, age 95, of Galion, OH, passed away April 24, 2017. Born April 14, 1922 in Blendon Township, OH. Preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Lillian Walters; husband, Leon Lindsey; brothers, Allen, Arthur, Charles and Frank; sisters, Claries, Helen, Anna Mae and Wanda; granddaughter, Kimberly Tormaschy; grandsons, Thomas and Craig Canacamp; great-granddaughter, Marcia Tormaschy. Survived by children, Wilma (Walt) Culp, Diane (Tom) Baugus, Ronald Rhodes, Linda (Don) Johnson, Leonard Lindsey and Lorraine “Lori” (Fred) Lutz; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Shields and Frances Sanford; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. followed by a service at 10:30 a.m., Ronald Gardner, officiating. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery. Virginia was greatly loved and will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
