Wilma Ruth (Miller) DiCenzo, 84, of Westerville, OH, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 15, 2026. Wilma was born in Columbus, Ohio, on July 8, 1941, to Ruth and Charles Booher. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother (GG). Wilma was devoted to her three children whom she lovingly shared with Roger Miller, and shared many wonderful years with her beloved husband, Tony DiCenzo.
Since her beginning, Wilma’s heart gravitated to kindness – her soft spirit tending tirelessly to those she loved. These qualities lended themselves to a long career in the hospitality industry and later as an insurance agent, always making people feel at home in her company. She loved deeply, listened fully, and gave generously. She found joy in the simple things that made life rich – a good puzzle spread across the table, working in her garden, and appreciating the beauty of nature. She enjoyed any and all gatherings, whether it was a casual card party or a trip to the lake – time spent with family is what she cherished the most.
Wilma is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Charles “Chuck” Booher; her husband, Anthony DiCenzo, Sr.; her son, Brian Miller; and daughter-i-nlaw, Kelley Miller.
She is survived by her son Eric Miller and her daughter Janet (Daniel) O’Brien; her granddaughters Nichole (Mitch) Thompson, Erica (Nathan) Kuhn, Christina (Carlie) Miller, Jessica (Abram) McCarty, Fallon (Matthew Bango) O’Brien, Margaret O’Brien, and Gaetan O’Brien; and her greatgranddaughters Addison, Ava, and Ainsley Thompson. Each of
them carries a piece of her—her humor, her gentleness, her resilience, and her unwavering love. Though she will be dearly missed, her family will remember the warmth of her spirit, the depth of her love, and the gentle kindness she carried through every chapter of her life. Wilma will be honored on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at Moreland Funeral Home in Westerville. Her family will be receiving guests from 10-11am, followed by a memorial service from 11am- 12pm.
