Wilma Budd, age 84, of Westerville, OH. June 24, 2012. Former beautician, homemaker, and employed by Anthony Thomas Candy and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Loving wife, mother and grandmother. Survived by her husband of 65 years, Cecil; son, Randy (Ruth) Budd; daughter, Debra (David) Rumberger; grandsons, Travis and Tyler Budd and Corey Rumberger. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Tuesday 5-8 p.m.where service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m., Pastor Will Hartfelder, officiating.
