Dear Mark and Scott, Greg and Rodney,
As you know, your parents were my Godparents and our families were very close in our formative years. Your mother and father, and all of you, will always mean a great deal to me and hope that we never lose touch. Please accept my sincere condolences for the passing of your mother and know how special it was to see most of you prior to your father’s passing in Ohio. It was a wonderful catching up period and a left me with great memories of all of you. As Jeannie said, your Mother was a class act and unforgettable, and I think that way of all of you. My love goes out to you at this time of sadness, adjustment, and grief. Warmest regards,
Linda Hartmann

Wanda’s smile and personality lit up the whole room. I always enjoyed visits from Chuck and Wanda when they visited my parents home and marveled at the love and respect demonstrated by the “Behrens Boys.” I’ll always love Wanda as the warm friend with a smoke in one hand, a scotch in the other, and contagious laughter that filled the room.

Savannah Watson - Mar 12, 2014

Dear Behrens family, Please accept my sincerest apologies for your loss. It is always hard to lose someone you love. I personally have lost loved ones in death and wanted to share a scripture from the Bible that helped me during this time. It is found at Revelation 3:4 ” And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” This scripture talks about who Jehovah God will wipe out every tear and death will be no more. Isn’t that an encouraging thought we can look forward to in the future? I hope this scripture was comforting to you and the rest of your family during this hard time. If you would like more information about this topic or about Jehovah’s Witnesses in general you can visit our website free of charge at www.jw.org. Thank you for your time.
