WALKER (DONKIN)
Virginia M. (Donkin) Walker, 86 of Delaware, OH passed away Wednesday December 15, 2010 at Willow Brook Nursing Home in Delaware. Formerly of Minerva Park. Born March 3, 1924 in Wilkinsburg, PA to the late Archibald & Pearl (Parker) McKechnie. She was the wife of the late Richard R. Donkin, Sr. who died September 12, 1980 and the late Carmon J. Walker who died September 9, 2007. 1942 graduate of Wilkinsburg High School near Pittsburgh. Retired secretary from the State of Ohio. Member of Worthington Presbyterian Church, where she taught Sunday school and was a Deacon and Elder. Survived by children; Sandy & Ric Hughes of Ravenna and Rick & Jean Donkin of Delaware. Step-children; Carol & Ron Staltz, Sue & Dean Duffey, Kay & Charley Lazano all of Westerville. 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road Westerville, Friday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. where service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 18, 2010.
