Vickie Michelle Fantozzi

Vickie Michelle Fantozzi (nee Valentine), 71, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 2nd, 2025 after a courageous 10 year battle with cancer.


She was born on July 9th, 1954 in Canton, Ohio to Robert (Bob) E Valentine and Marjorie (Margie) L Valentine (nee Kohler). She graduated Canton South High School in 1972, went on to Ohio State University earning a Bachelor of Science in nursing, and worked as a Registered Nurse until she retired. She married Ronald J Fantozzi on March 5, 1977 and they had 3 children: Heather R Bergman (nee Fantozzi), Christopher R Fantozzi, & Chad R Fantozzi. She loved to sail, spend time in nature in the RV, and listen to good music with friends.


She is survived by her husband Ron, children Heather & Chad, and her brother Russ. She was preceded in death by her Father Bob, Mother Margie, sister Randee, and son Chris.


A celebration of life with music and dancing will be held on August 23rd from 1-3pm at the Alum Creek Sailing Club Pavilion in Columbus, Ohio & August 24th from 1-2pm at the Chagrin Valley Athletics Club in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Her ashes will be interred at Auburn Corners Cemetery in Auburn, Ohio.
