A celebration of life will be held on November 18th from 4-7 pm at Carsonie’s Westerville, 6000 Westerville Rd.
Trevor Jay Walker, age 56, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away while surrounded by family on October 28, 2025.
He is survived by daughter, Abigail Walker, and her mother, Jill Walker; mother and stepfather, Suzanne Walker and Tony Amorose; siblings, Adrianne Amorose and Tony (Kristen) Amorose; niece, Lia; Aunt and Uncle, Nancy and Jim Baron; many cousins; and extended family, including dear friends, Meagan Lee and Brian Hoy.
Trevor was preceded in death by Father, Tex Walker; paternal grandparents, Dr. Waldo Walker and Martha Walker; maternal grandparents, Jim and Marian Sweeting; and beloved K9, Iro.
Trevor graduated from Dublin High School and the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy. He worked for the Shawnee Hills Police Department, he was a reserve Deputy with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, and he later became a member of the Executive Protection of the Limited Brands.
Trevor was an avid, lifelong sailor; he competed and achieved many accolades in regattas all over the country. Many thanks to all of his sailing family at the Alum Creek Sailing Club and Leatherlips Yacht Club.

We didn’t know each other very well but you always left a great impression on me. And even in cold weather you were always reluctant to swap out wearing your shorts for long pants. You always left me smiling. You will be missed. Sail on, Sailor.
