Todd Martin Titus, age 47, passed away at home on June 19, 2024.
Todd was born July 7, 1976 in Greenville, South Carolina, to Terry and Sylvia Titus. He graduated from Seneca High School in 1994 and went on to earn a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, an M.S. in Automotive Engineering, and an MBA, all from Clemson University. Todd has been employed at Goodyear Tire for the last twelve years.
He is survived by his parents; his wife, Jennifer (Caudill) Titus; son, Eric Charles Titus; step daughter, Daniela Rodriguez; sisters, Amanda (Kirk) Henderson, Kristine (Gerald) Wyers; many family members, and a host of friends.
Todd was known for his passion for life. He enjoyed every type of adventure he could find, but his favorites were water skiing, riding motorcycles with his son, and hiking adventures with his wife. He was involved in collegiate water skiing, volunteered with Cycles for Christ, and was involved with the Explorers Group with Goodyear. But, most importantly, he loved God and his family with all his heart.
Todd was a member of Lifepoint Church in Westerville, Ohio, where he served faithfully. The family would like to thank everyone from Lifepoint and our loving family and friends for their prayers, support, and loving care during this time.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 26th at Lifepoint Church, 401 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, OH 43081 from 3-5 with service to follow at 5 p.m.. In lieu of flowers, you may support the National Alliance of Mental Illness https://www.nami.org/ or a charity of your choice. A memorial service will be held in South Carolina at a later date

I met Todd when we both worked at Michelin Research and saw him several times when I was in Romania. Todd was so athletic and we were friends. He always had a positive attitude and a big smile. I was sad to hear that you'd passed. May your family know that I too considered Todd a friend. Rest in peace.

Rest in peace, dear Todd! I never met you in person, but I always felt you as a friend and a great colleague. I was really impressed when you start speaking Romanian language with me 😉 during one of our online meetings. I will miss you! La revedere!

We had a special connection with Todd because of his faith in God, how God and his wife had transformed his life. Todd always talked about his son about baseball and their motorcycle rides together. Daniel y Yas Goodyear México

As engineers we learn that Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be transformed from one form to another. He is energy now lives on his loved ones , in his new form next ones and everyone who continue his legacy.

Todd was a true friend to the core. I will hold our memories close to my heart, and forever be thankful for him teaching me to water ski, and never giving up no matter how much gas I probably wasted in that boat! I will miss his guidance and positive affirmations whenever I needed them. Praying for peace and comfort for all those he knew, and may we all feel at peace knowing he is home and a shining light for all of us now. I will Miss you, buddy <3

The good Lord has come for His good and faithful servant. May God bless your soul and carry you into eternity. You were such a blessing to me in this life on earth and now you are a blessing in the heavens above. My heart goes out to your family and I'm so so so sorry for the great loss of you. I'm trying to wrap my head around but I know that God's timing and His ways are perfect. We are to "Trust in the Lord with all our hearts and lean not unto our own understanding, but in all our ways acknowledge Him and He will direct our path." I am a witness to your faith in God and will forever hold a deep respect and love for you. Thank you Todd Titus for all you've been to me and done out of the goodness of your heart. Allowing all that the Lord gifted inside of you to pour out with no hesitation and faithful obedience. You will be deeply missed. And, I know you are in the grace of our good Lord and at peace. I love you and may God continue to have mercy on us all and forgive us of our sins and cleanse us of all unrighteousness and lead us on the path of salvation. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen 🙏🏻🙌🏻

My children grew up with Todd as the Titus were neighbors. We were all in shock to learn of Todd's death. We are still here to support his family. I want to add one more sport that Todd excelled in at Seneca High School. He was a pole vaulter and i think at his time in school he held the record for Seneca. The vaulting poles had changed from steel to the fiberglass as used today. He excelled at mastering the event when there were very few coaches for the use of the flexable pole. Living on Lake Hartwell we all enjoyed watching him water ski. RIP Todd ... we love you
