Thomas P. Ciula, 71 of Westerville passed away Friday September 25th at The James following a courageous battle with cancer. Retired from American Ceramics Society in Westerville. Graduate of Bowling Green State University and attended The University of Virginia. Member of Beta Alpha Si and Beta Gamma Sigma, Former member of Ernst & Ernst Alumni Association. Veteran of U.S. Army. He was an avid golfer and member of the Westerville Seniors Golf League, also bowling and enjoyed playing bridge. Preceded in death by parents, John & Mary Ciula and sister, Lucille Ksenich. Survived by loving wife of 41 years, Mary-Jo (Pudlock) Ciula. Sisters; Rosemary Engelhart of AZ, Constance Blaeser of MN and Jan Ciula of AZ. Brother, John (Agnes) Ciula of AZ and numerous loving nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road Westerville, Thursday 6-8 p.m.. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday October 2, 2009 at St. Paul Catholic Church, 313 North State Westerville. Rev. Fr. David E. Gwinner Celebrant. Private Interment.
