Thomas Levagar Bailey, age 98, of Feridean Assisted Living in Westerville, Ohio, died at home on February 15, 2016. He is survived by his son, Thomas L. Bailey, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Donna C. Bailey of Westerville; grandson, Christopher Thomas Bailey of Hilliard; sister, Dandridge D. Bailey of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother and his loving wife, Helen Stephens Bailey. A memorial service and interment will take place in Virginia on Wednesday, February 24, 2016. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
