Susan “Sue” Atwood Brown

Susan "Sue" Atwood Brown,  age 77, of Westerville, Ohio passed away peacefully on January 17, 2023. She was born in Hagerstown, Maryland on March 29, 1945. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Miriam (Kirk) Atwood and her husband of 39 years, Phil Brown. She is survived by her daughter, Kristen (George) Black; sons, Greg (Dawn) and Todd and her beloved grandchildren, Emma and Alex Black; Jayden, Carter and Reese Brown; and Adeline and Avery Brown. She is also survived by her sister, Nancy (Charlie) Hamilton and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Sue graduated from Wittenberg University and she was a homemaker and an elementary/preschool teacher. She was an avid card player and especially enjoyed bridge. The visitation will be Wednesday, January 25th from 5:00-7:00 pm at Moreland Funeral Home 55 E. Schrock Rd, Westerville and the funeral service will be held Thursday, January 26th at 10:00 am at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church 100 E. Schrock Rd, Westerville.
