Stacy Randall Payne, 64, of Westerville, Oh, passed away Saturday, July 25th, 2015. He was born in Adrian, MI, but lived most of his life in Ohio. Stacy graduated from Hower High School and worked in management at SMC Pneumatics until his retirement in 2001. He is survived by his wife, Sharon (Heffernan), son Daniel (Laura), grandson Elliot, sister Lynda Tisch (Fred), brother Steve, nephews and a niece, and other extended family. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at Faith Covenant Church, 3607 Dempsey Rd., on Saturday, August 8th at 1:00 p.m.. We will have a time of sharing stories and memories during the service. The family encourages all to participate, as you are able and willing to do so. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Freedom House or Faith Mission, both organizations supported by Stacy.
