Shirley Terry, age 78, of Centerburg, OH, April 29, 2013 at home. Retired from St. Ann’s Hospital. Survived by children, Connie (Terry) Haag of Columbus, OH, Dennis Terry of Sidney, OH, Cathy (Terry) Weber of Centerburg, OH and Rob Terry of Bellefontaine, OH; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Terry and sister, Betty Rayburn. Friends may call at the JOHNSON-MELICK-MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 49 W. Church Street, Centerburg, OH Thursday 6-8 p.m. where service will be held Friday at 11 a.m., Chaplain Mark Hensley, officiating. Interment Marlboro Cemetery, Delaware, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Acclaim Hospice.
