Sharon Ann Varadi (Turton) Born August 21, 1944 in Lorain, Ohio. Died September 12, 2022 in Westerville, Ohio, after a long illness. Sharon graduated from Admiral King High School in Lorain, Ohio, and began working in the library as a librarians aid. Later on, she retired from St. Anns Hospital, in Westerville, Ohio, where she worked as a Dietary-Aid.

Sharon was a fun-loving person who loved the outdoors, walking, boating, going for long car rides, motorcycle rides, looking at flowers, animals and nature, and playing bingo and the lottery. She loved going to garage sales and thrift stores. She especially loved playing cards and board games with her children, and later on, with her grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing, and was always ready to wind up an outing with the statement, Okay, the next one who catches a fish is the winner, even when she was behind in catches by large numbers! She was the best wife a man could possibly ask for and the very best mother and grandmother a child or grandchild could ever wish for. She was never too busy or too tired to show attention to her family and worked tirelessly to make sure they were taken care of as she felt they should be. She was always ready with a sincere smile for everyone. She was the kindest, most caring individual who was friendly to everyone. She would sit for long periods of time, playing with and petting her beloved little dog, Kipper.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jimmy J. Varadi, her sons James B. Varadi and Eric D. Varadi of Westerville, Ohio, her granddaughter Rylie W. Varadi and grandson Mason J. Varadi of Magnetic Springs, Ohio, her sister Paulette Bannick of Elyria, Ohio, and her loving little dog, Kipper.

She was preceded in death by her mother Anna Turton (Dombrowski), her father Andrew F. Turton, her brother Allen Turton of Lorain, Ohio, and her brother Robert Turton of Washington, D.C.

I love you
How much?
A whole bunch, more than anything
For how long?
Forever

Rest in peace, Sharon. We love you and miss you very much!
Jim, Jimmy, Eric, Rylie, Mason and Kipper.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Sharon at a later date, TBD. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
