Roger Howard Ford

Roger Howard Ford, age 82, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Augusta, Georgia, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024 at Westerwood Rehabilitation Center after a short illness. He was a longtime memmber of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Augusta, Georgia, where he participated in the choir. He wa also a longtime fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. Loved boating and fishing. Preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Donna and his sister, Sandy Lucas. Survived by Son Greg (Lisa) Ford,  Sister-in-law Pam (Andy) Anderson, Brother-in- law Bo (Dianna) Berry, Niece Angel (Bill) Sorochak, Nephew Mike (Michal) Anderson, Niece Amy Schablein, Nephew Joe Schablein, Nephew Matt (Catherine) Anderson, and 7 great nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held in Augusta Georgia at Aldersgate United Methodist Church on Sunday, November 10th at 2:00 PM. Rev. Danny Barton officiating.
