Robert V. “Bob” White, Sr., age 72 of Centerburg, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2011. Retired from Kroger Co. and was a retired farmer. Member of Colonial City Baptist Church and I.A.M. Union. Preceded in death by his first wife, Arlene Garrad, son, David White and father, Ray White. Survived by his wife, Patricia A. Tucker-White; children, Robert V. (Marsha) White, Jr. of Mt. Gilead, Dennis (Kimberly) White of Mt. Vernon, Donna (Randy) Charles of Croton, Susan White-McNeal of Galloway; grandchildren, Melissa Bentley, Laura Carrigan. Jennifer Chapman, Dennis White, Jr., Clinton White, Cameron White, Erika White, Michael Charles and Brady Charles; great-grandchildren, Lane Carrigan and Makayla Chapman; mother, Carrie E. White of Centerburg; sister, Betty (Wayne) Gantt of New York; brothers, John (Deloris) White of Marion and Richard (Kathy) White of Centerburg; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at Colonial City Baptist Church, 7530 Johnstown Road, Mt. Vernon, OH (Bangs, OH)Wednesday at 10 a.m., Pastor Daniel L. Whisner, Sr., officiating. Interment Lock Cemetery.
