Robert E. Murnahan, age 62, of Westerville, passed away January 14, 2018. Retired from Screen Machine Industries after 32 years. Attended North Freewill Baptist Church. U.S. Air Force verteran. Survived by his wife of 39 years, Teresa; daughters, April (Chris) Comer and Amy Murnahan; granddaughters, Madison Stamm and Payton Comer; sisters, Thelma Cartmell and Nora Welch; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Saturday 2-6 p.m. followed by a service at 6 p.m., Rev. William Chadwick, officiating.

I was shocked and saddened to hear the news yesterday morning. I very much enjoyed my 30 year working relationship with Bob. He was a great employee and teammate with tremendous skills, leadership and a great attitude. He was always so proud of his kids and enjoyed sharing with me his family’s growth through the years. I remember the day I hired him like it was yesterday. I will always have great fondness and respect for one of Screen Machine’s most valuable and longest employees. Your family has my deepest sympathies for your loss. I will remember him fondly and miss him very much.
