Robert M. "Bob" Sterling, age 90, of Columbus, OH passed away April 14, 2023 at home. Former owner of Tidy House. An avid bridge player. Member of Westerville Senior Center and Blendon Senior Center. U.S. Army veteran. Survived by his children, Lana Simms, Judy Gosnell and Marc Jeffrey Sterling; 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Coleen Rose Sterling and his daughter, Connie Brooke. Friends may call at the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Wednesday 6-8 p.m.. Graveside service and interment will be in Cannon Cemetery, Carrollton, MO. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the charity of your choice.

Bob was a wonderful man and touched many hearts. He had such a ready smile and was always so kind to all. We loved sharing Thanksgiving and Passover with him. My life has been enriched by knowing Bob. I will miss him dearly.

Bob was so much a part of the bridge players at the Westerville Senior Center that it will never be the same without him. He taught me so much that wasn't just bridge. His ready smile and happy thoughts brightened our days.
