Don & Nellie Bates - Jul 23, 2012

Nellie and I worked with Dick for years. He was loved by everyone he touched. Not only the Columbus offices but also the people at the Mansfield office held him in such high regard. He was always calm and helpful to all. Saying he will be missed is an understatement.

Mary Ann Barbone - Jul 23, 2012

Marsha I was so sorry to hear of Dick’s death. I worked with Dick from 1975 until his retirement. He always made me smile and laugh. He was such a kind man everyone at Social Security loved Dick. He invited me to the retirees breakfast frequently and I always appreciated the fact that he included me. He never stopped telling me how lucky I was to be married to a man named Richard and have three sons just like you. He will be missed. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you.
