Rick S. Roe, 56, of Westerville, passed away Sunday July 18, 2010 at St. Ann’s Hospital. Employed at Emerson Network Power. Graduate of Otterbein University. Avid Ohio State Football Fan. Preceded in death by father, Richard W. Roe. Survived by loving wife of 25 years, Kathy. Daughters Stephanie Marie and Jessica Ann. Mother, Talma E. Roe of Dublin. sister, Sue (Lonnie) Raulerson of Florida; Judy (David) Goodman of Westchester, OH. Brothers-in-law, Ben S. (Ann) Trotter of Dublin and John S. Trotter, III of Gahanna, OH. Sister-in-law, Robin (Ron) Moore of Columbus. Niece, nephews and numerous friends.
