Richard G. James, 68, of Westerville, passed away February 16, 2010 at St. Ann’s Hospital. Born in Wintersville, Ohio to the late Wilfred Cyril & Dorothy E. James February 21, 1941. Graduated from Dover High School Dover, Ohio in 1959. Attended OSU and Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. Recently relocated to Westerville from Mesa, Arizona. Survived by children; Jennifer A. (Allen) Bailey, R. Mark (Megan) James and Susan E. (Casey) Eckles. Grand-
children; Hope & Emmalyn Bailey, Timothy, Samuel, Stephen, Abigil and Rachel James, Luke and Adam Eckles. Former wives; Mary Ann (Dan) Smith and Gloria James. Step-sons; Paul (Kim) Elliott and daughter Megan; Shawn (Stephanie) Elliott and daughter Riley. Private family service.
