December 9, 1940 - July 25, 2022
Richard C. Dow, age 81, long time resident of Westerville and Naples, Florida passed away July 25, 2022 at home. Retired from State of Ohio Department of Taxation and a U.S. Navy veteran. Son of Thomas and Dorothy Dow. Survived by his wife Judy; daughter, Natalie (Joe) Mack; granddaughters, Ally, Molly and Annie Mack. Special thanks to Dr. Grossman at Florida Cancer and Ohio Health Hospice. A Celebration of his life will be held in the future.

Oh how sad. Rick was a very good friend of Arts & mine. When Art passed, I relied on Rick to carry out Arts wishes as to his golf clubs & golf paraphernalia. We will Miss Rick, seeing him on walks & chatting on line . We were hoping to visit with him in Florida this year. RIP & have a great golf game with Art in heaven.

I was fortunate to meet Rick through golf. I checked him in for eight years at Royal American. Always a gentleman and always very nice to me. Nothing but good memories for me. God bless your family at this difficult time.
