Pedro Cezar Yap, age 76, passed away on December 3, 2022, after his battle with stroke. Preceded in death by his parents and brother (Roland). He is survived by his wife, Ophie; daughters, Koko and Goldie and seven grandchildren. Pedro was born and educated in Romblon, Philippines. He shared his passion for fishing with his grandchildren and friends. He will be dearly missed by his siblings Fred, Lilita, Sally (Leo), and Edith (Nilo), and the many nieces, nephews and godchildren. His family will bring him to his final resting place at Blendon Central Cemetery in Westerville on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at nine in the morning.
