I worked for COL Seffens for several years and worked with Polly at the USPFO for many years. She was the sweetest person, easy going and personable. She was always upbeat and took great pride in her work. Although I have not seen her for several years, I have not forgotten her wonderful personality. I still think of her often. She will be sorely missed by all that knew her.
