Patsy S. Fischer, 59, of Hilliard, Ohio, formerly of Mansfield, Ohio, passed away Saturday March 21, 2015 at Kobacker House, Columbus. Retired from General Motors in Mansfield, OH. Preceded in death by son, Eric T. Black; parents, Donald and Norma Dopps. Survived by son, David (Abigail) Fischer of Hilliard; grandson, Benjamin Xavier Fischer; brother, Donald L. (Danielle) Dopps Jr. of Westerville. several nieces and nephews.
