Nancy J. Roe, age 75, a resident of Bennington Glen in Marengo, passed away Saturday December 31, 2011 at
Morrow County Hospital in Mt., Gilead, OH. Formerly from the State of Washington. Born August 27, 1936 to the late William Obenchain and Frances Brooker. Preceded in death by son Brian David Roe and sister Susan Covert. Survived by daughter Emily (Joe) Potter of Johnstown and son Brent Roe of Provo, Utah. Friends may call at the JOHNSON-MELICK-MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 49 West Church Street Centerburg, Wednesday 4-7 p.m. Graveside service and burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday January 5, 2012 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Portsmouth, Ohio.

To Nancy’s family, I am very sorry for your loss. Nancy was my cousin whom I had not seen for many years, but she was loved and thought about often. She was a pretty, fun cousin and our grandmothers often visited with all of us in Portsmouth Ohio; and may Nancy rest in peace, as we also remember Brian and Sue Covert.
