Nancy S. Bryant, age 85 of Westerville died on December 30, 2025. She is survived by her grandchildren, Robert (Kelsey) Bryant, Kahle (Matt) Wilcox; great-grandchildren, Reagan & Grant Bryant and Luca Wilcox; sister-in-law, Miriam (late Ken) Siegfried; sister-in-law, Gloria (late Steve) Siegfried, Barbara (Talbert) O’Bryan, and Carol (late Tom) Tell; nieces, Sara Siegfried and Rachel (Jon) Du, and many cousins and friends. Nancy was born November 29, 1940 in Marengo, Ohio. She graduated from Westerville High School in 1958, attended Ohio University, and graduated from Otterbein College in 1964 with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. Nancy was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years, Roy; her parents, Harry and Ruth Siegfried; her brothers, Steve and Ken Siegfried, and her much-loved son, David Bryant.

Nancy was an elementary school teacher with Westerville City Schools at Hawthorne elementary. After retirement, Nancy volunteered regularly in her grandchildren’s library, combining her love for books, teaching, and her family. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren going to the library, playing games, and teaching them to create and sew. She often had a full home, serving first as another mother to many of her son, David’s, friends, and later as another grandmother, cheering on her grandchildren, nieces, and their friends at their sporting activities and events. Nancy loved to read regularly, write, and spend time with friends.

The family wants to thank the caring staff at Danbury and the angels at Capital City Hospice for the love and care they provided to Nancy in the last year of her life.

Memorial Service Saturday January 10th at 1:00 pm Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Rd, Westerville, Ohio.
