Michel, son of Naim and Marie Roumanos Rouhana, was born February 27, 1926 in Roumeh El-Mtn, Lebanon. He immigrated to the United States in 1946 at the age of 20. He enlisted in the Air Force and was stationed in Europe during World War II. Afterwards, he lived in California for sometime before moving back to Wheeling West VA and marrying Myrna Massey Rouhana in 1969. They moved to Westerville and raised a son and a daughter. Michel worked as an electrical wireman for Lennox Industries for 33 years. He retired in 1993. Michel enjoyed watching sports of all kinds, keeping up with politics, traveling and grilling. He was known for his steaks, hamburgers and the traditional Lebanese food he loved to cook. No one ever left his house hungry. He was also known for his kind and generous ways, and his love for his family. One of his favorite things were trips to Wheeling to visit his mother, sisters, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. He led by example, putting his family first. He endeared himself to all who knew him. He left a void in our lives, but our hearts full of love. Michel is survived by his wife Myrna; daughter Melissa (Troy) Callow and son, Drew Rouhana of Westerville. His sister Chamse (Assad) Rahi, nieces and nephews; Adele (Bill) Storm, Chuck Rahi, Alicia (Scott) Peklinsky, Ramsey (Tina) Rahi of Wheeling, Sonia (Dustin) Howarth of Pittsburgh.
