Mary Zangardi

ZANGARDI

Mary T. Zangardi (nee Caterino) passed away Dec. 3, 2014. Born in Scranton, PA, 1926. Daughter of Gaetano and Adeline Caterino. Thanksgiving Day, 1948, she married the love of her life, Leonard “Buster” Zangardi (d. 1991). Loved by their children; Tony (Pat), Lenny (Sheryl), Marilyn (Tom Davis) and Terri (Doug Karn). Mary delighted in her eight grandchildren; Joseph and Robert Zangardi, Mary Beth and David Zangardi (Penny), Tommy and Alexa Davis, Doug and Bryan Karn, and great granddaughter, Joy Zangardi. Survived by her brother, Sal Caterino (Ruth), brothers-in-law Jim Zangardi (Rae), Anthony Zangardi Jr., sister-in-law, Marilla Caterino, and a host of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brother, Mike Caterino and sister, Louise Veno (George). Mary was an active member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church and Blendon Senior Center. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME , 55 E. Shrock Rd. Westerville, OH, Monday, December 8, 2014 from 11am-1pm. Private family graveside service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery.
