Mary Lou Soltesz

Mary Lou Soltesz, age 88, of Columbus, OH, passed away September 29, 2023. Retired from ABB. Graduate of Westerville High School and attended Capitol University. Long time member of Grace Lutheran Church. An avid square dancer, she loved gardening, her flower beds and enjoyed sewing. She also loved music and playing the piano. Survived by her children, Glenn Yaeger and Deborah Soltesz (Stuart Sides); grandchildren, Jennifer Lodwick Yaeger, Aaron Yaeger, Adam (Tara) Rodriguez, Stephanie, Justin and Alex Soltesz; great-grandchildren, Andrew Yaeger, Alea Faith Martin, Erin Rodriguez and Cade Bradford. Preceded in death by her husband, Carl Soltesz, son, Wayne Soltesz and daughter, Jennifer Soltesz, parents, Nelson and Anna Fichtelman, brothers, Martin and Russell Fichtelman. Friends may call at the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Wednesday, October 18th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m where service will be held Thursday, October 19th at 11 a.m., Pastor Matthew Cox, officiating.
