Mary Ellen Henderson, age 70, of Westerville, passed away July 30, 2017. Claims adjuster for Century Insurance Co.. Kidney transplant suvivor after 37 years from her sister Sally. Survived by her husband of 50 years, Bob; daughter, Christine (Steve) Sipe; son, Bob (Ann) Henderson; grandchildren, Alicia Sipe (fiance, Scott Sheets), Stevie Sipe, Sandy, Bobby and Billy Henderson; great-granddaughter, Ava Sheets; sisters, Sally (Sonny) James, Judy Fisher and Terry (Paul) Franks; brother, John (Peggy) Lehr; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, John and Maxine Lehr; brothers-in-law, Bill Fisher and Gerry Henderson; sister-in-law, Nancy Henderson; nephews, Dan George and Scott Henderson; father-in-law, Bob Henderson, Sr.. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Thursday 5-8 p.m.. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 313 N. State Street, Westerville, Friday at 10:30 a.m.. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.

Sally, Judy, Terry & Butch – you have my deepest sympathy at the loss of Mary Ellen. She was a year ahead of me at Mifflin and I remember her well. Butch – I remember you too; you were in my brother Freddie’s class. God be with you all.
