Mary Ann Ferguson Galloway, age 89, of Westerville, OH, formerly of Ceredo, W. Va., passed away Monday, September 9, 2013 at 9 a.m.. Born November 7, 1923 in Huntington, W. Va.. Daughter of the late Jack and Mary (Griffith) Ferguson. Devoted mother of Melissa Casoli and her husband, Barry and their children, Laura (Chad) Hamrick and Joseph Aaron (Tara) Casoli; 3 great-grandsons, Jack William, Luke Jamison and Ty Alexander Hamrick; sister, Marjorie (Harry) Fischer and their children Jack (Karen), Mary Kris (Charlie) Godley and Andrew (Karri); sister-in-law, June Ferguson Carver, wife of her late brother, Jack Wayne Ferguson, and their three daughters, Julie, Jane and Jill. Graduate of Ceredo Kenova High School, Sullins College and The West Virginia University. Ann of painting, garden club, career sports, W. Va. recipes and culture, bible study, handwork, Senior Center projects, Coca-Cola, bridge player, and hostess to children and pets. She was a doer, talented, independent, self amused and intellectually curious. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, OH.
