Marjorie Jean Cooperider, age 85, of Gahanna, OH went home to the Lord peacefully on July 28, 2016. Marjorie grew up in Minerva Park and graduated from Westerville High School. She loved to play softball and had a passion for breeding and racing thouroughbred horses, along with her artistic side for painting landscapes, barns and flowers, which she loved to do. She also spent years collecting and selling antique glass. Survived by her husband of 26 years, Enos Cooperider; sons, Terry (Diane) Hudson, Eddie (Susie) Hudson and David (John Sanchez) Hudson, all of Arizona, Stan (Alan Gravley) Writesel of Florida; stepchildren, Terri Browning, Christina (Eddie) Morrow, Brian (Lisa) Cooperider, Michael Cooperider and Pamela (Erin) Nye; grandchildren, Matthew and Nicolas Hudson along with numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her son Larry Hudson, parents, Harold and Thelma Hrad and brother, Dean Hard. A memorial service will be held to celebrate her life at MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 East Schrock Road ,Westerville, Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 6 p.m.. Marjorie was full of fun and laughter and will always carry a memory in our hearts.
