ELKINS
Marie E. Elkins (Schairbaum), age 90, believing in Jesus, went with Him to her heavenly home on Saturday, November 24, 2012. Marie was born in Columbus, Ohio, November 3, 1922; graduated South High School class of 1941; married the love of her life, Charles F. Elkins in 1942, and grieved his untimely death in 1978. Marie is survived by her daughter, Lynn Cline; granddaughters, Laurie (David) Carrick and Beth (John) Gersper; ”daughter”, Dorothy (Ken) Vrshek; sister-in-law, Pat Schairbaum; great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and loving friends. A memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 29th at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville. Pastors Murray Murdoch and Martin Guerena officiating. A private interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to Willow Brook Christian Home, Columbus, Ohio.
