Margaret Ann Fruth passed away peacefully, at the age of 98, in Westerville, OH, surrounded by family. She was one of 10 children of the late Lawrence & Margaret (Freeman) Kaiser.She worked as a waitress in Westerville, and briefly in Delaware, OH. She also worked at Anomatic in Westerville. She is survived by her three children, Larry (Jane) Fruth of Newark, OH, Jim (Laurel) Fruth of Boulder City, NV, and Jeff (Debbie) Fruth of Westerville, Her legacy continues through her six grandchildren, Darrell Fruth, Brandon Fruth, Leah (Tim) Adkins, Amanda (Kyle) Stout, Hannah (James) Adamson, and Julia (Andrew) Sarnicki and 13 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Gerald Fruth of 60 years; her sisters, Veronica Robinson, Mary Lundquist, and Rita Kaiser; and her brothers, Joseph, Bernard, Paul, Henry, Hugh, and Phillip.Margaret loved to play euchre and canasta in her younger days, as well as a beer now & then. After Jerry's retirement, they moved to Buckeye Lake where they loved to fish. She enjoyed traveling the country in the motorhome that Jerry bought after his retirement. She also enjoyed playing at Alum Creek Park as a young girl, roller skating and dancing. She was a great cook and Jerry would always ask how she could have everything be ready at the same time.The family would like to thank Luminairy Hospice for their loving care, especially Melissa, Cassandra, Missy and Halle. We would also like to thank her very special Visiting Angel, Sheila Vance for the great care she provided for our mom.Viewing will be held on October 3, 2025, starting at 10:00 am followed by the service at 11:00 am at the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville, OH, with Dr. Jim Augspurger officiating. Burial will follow in the Otterbein Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Margaret's honor to the American Heart Association.
