Lindsey Blackburn, age 27, of Columbus, OH passed away January 8, 2015. Assistant Manager for Buckeye Physical Medicine and Rehab. Graduate of Westerville South High School in 2005. Survived by her parents, Larry and Christy Blackburn; brothers, Chad and Jared; niece, Joie Blackburn; grandmothers, Melba Lanning and Niza Blackburn; boyfriend, Adam Dillon; beloved dog and best friend Maggie; aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by her grandfathers, Boyd Lanning and Will Blackburn. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where service will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m., Rev. Leon Stevens, officiating. Interment Kingwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Columbus Pet Rescue.com.
