Linda D. McCandless, age 62, of Westerville, Ohio went home peacefully to the Lord on January 27, 2015 after a courageous battle. She was born on August 18, 1952 in Ravenna, Ohio. Preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle Schwartz (Wallace) and her father, Carl Dawson. Survived by her husband, G. Douglas McCandless; daughter, Robyn (Linn) Bebout; son, Christopher McCandless; grandchildren, Cole and Caden Bebout; mother, Rita Hall; sister, Carol (Jim) Wilder; brothers, Steve Dawson, Art (Marsha) Bremer and Gary (Sue) Bremer; sisters-in-law, Dr. N.J. McCandless and Susan K. McCandless; aunt, Lucille Foley; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 29th from 5-8 p.m. at MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, OH. Private interment Mifflin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Stephanie Spielman Fund.
