Laura Jean Hoon, age 89, of Columbus, OH. April 8, 2016 at home. Loving wife, mother and grandmother; the family matriarch. Survived by her husband of 46 years, James; children, Donald, Thomas and John Moore; daughter, Paula Collins; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
Preceded in death by her brothers, James and Paul Lane, and sister, Sadie Hopkins. Private family service.
When I come to the end of my journey, and I travel my last weary mile, just forget if you can, that I ever frowned and remember only the smile.
