Kevin B. Lake, age 51, of Westerville, went to be with his Lord and Saviour June 23, 2017. Kevin was a retired physician after 20 years in private practice. Preceded in death by his father, James Lake; mother-in-law, Jeanne Conte and cousin, Todd Degenhart. Survived by his wife of 25 years, Susan Lake; son, Jonah Bryce Lake; mother, Guiana Lake, father-in-law, Joseph Conte Sr.; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, June 30th from 4-6 p.m.at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville, OH 43081. A service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 1st at St. Catharine Church 500 S. Gould Road, Columbus, OH 43209. Fr. Daniel Dury presiding. Interment Maplewood Cemetery.
