Kenneth Jon Ivanski, age 65 of Columbus, passed away at 10:09 a.m., Saturday, August 24, 2024 at his home. He was born March 16, 1959 in Cleveland, OH the son of Ted and Flo (Kin) Ivanski. On August 30, 1988, Kenneth married Cheryl (Barr) Ivanski who survives. Kenneth retired from FedEX as a currier following many years of service. He enjoyed golf, his pets and cooking his famous ribs with his own sauce. Ken loved watching sports especially NASCAR, the Cleveland Indians, but most of all he was an avid Browns fan. In addition to his wife Kenneth is survived by one daughter, Melissa (Chris) Hutchason; one son, Jason Ivanski; four grandchildren, William, Aubrianna, Adalynn and Braeden; three sisters, Karen (Richard) Cox, Kim (Jeff) Lewis, Kay (Al McKinley) Ivanski; several nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends especially the "Brew Crew."In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter, Cassy Crace.Ken was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. Please remember Ken by his favorite song by Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, "We're Having a Party."The family would like to extend a heartfelt "thank you" to the staff of Gentiva Hospice for all the loving care Ken and the family received.Ken's wishes were to have a caring cremation and a memorial service at a later date. The Moreland Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Ivanski family.
