Allan Freeman - Feb 27, 2024

My Condolences. John recommended that I attend the Westerville Citizen Police Academy and shepherded me through the program to graduation. I was also the person with John when he made the hole-in-one!!! Sending Prayers, Love and Peace

Tom White - Feb 26, 2024

I met John back in the late 90s. I umpired softball for his Columbus Pioneers. Next thing I knew John wanted to bring the National Wheelchair Softball 🥎 Tournament to Columbus. With his vision, passion, and determination, he was able to achieve his lofty goal. Everyone that John encountered was inspired by his ‘laid back’ enthusiasm. I’m sure John was just eager in all his endeavors. His passion for promoting and playing wheelchair sports was very inspiring for many. Jeanie and family, I’m sorry for your loss. RIP

Wendy and Rick Spencer - Feb 24, 2024

As a neighbor and friend of John he is remembered as a positive fighter to enjoy life. Always upbeat and ready to take on the next challenge. Unfortunately, John had many physical challenges. Our prayers are with Jeannie and Andrea and family who were his rock. May God’s blessings surround you.
