WEED
John B. Weed, age 64, passed away February 14, 2014. Former owner of Commercial Climate Control and retired from Carrier Corporation. Graduate of Dublin High School. OSU Red Coat for over 30 years. Proud member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 189. U.S. Navy veteran. Survived by his wife, Diane; children, Amanda Weed (Joseph Francis) and Eric (Elizabeth) Weed; sisters, Alice (Bob) Tyler, Helen Weed, and Ruth (Bob) Nowak; mother-in-law, Lois Chitty; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Gladys and John T. Weed. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Wednesday from 1-3 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 3 p.m. Rev. Elizabeth Weed, officiating. Charitable donations may be made to Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 189 Benevolence Fund, 1250 Kinnear Road, Columbus, OH 43212.
