SHAHEEN
John K. Shaheen, age 91, of Westerville, OH passed away Thursday, Janaury 7, 2016. Retired Sales Manager for Countrymark and Emmert Grain Company. U.S. Army Veteran of WW II. Member of St. George Syrian Orthodox Church in Canton and Church of the Messiah in Westerville. Preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers. Survived by his wife of 51 years, Joan; sons, Michael (Beth), Jeffrey (Arlene) and Chris (Claire); grandchildren, Samantha, Jessica, A.J., Rex and Charlotte; several nieces. Visitation will be held Monday, January 11th from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road, Westerville with a service to follow at 2:00 p.m.. Rev. Jim Wilson officiating. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Central Ohio Chapter, 1379 Dublin Rd., Columbus, OH 43215.
