EAGLE
John H. Eagle, age 60, of Westerville, passed away Friday August 5, 2011 at St. Ann’s Hospital. Formerly employed by Limited Brands and a former volunteer firefighter & EMT for 17 years with the Westerville Fire Department. Attended Church of the Messiah United Methodist in Westerville. Preceded in death by father, John Hines Eagle and brother-in-law, James Bixby. John was a true family man; a devoted husband, loving father and proud grandfather. He was always there to care for his many loved ones and will be greatly missed by everyone. Survived by wife, Cheri (Cheryl Williams) Eagle. Daughters; Hannah “Shelly” Miller of Westerville, Renee Eagle of Westerville and Elaine (Thomas) Evans of Columbus. Grandchildren; Christopher, Kate and Lauren Miller. Mother, Deloris May Eagle of Westerville; sister Linda (Eagle) Bixby of Westerville and brother Robert (Mary) Eagle of Columbus. Sisters-in-law; Carol Austin of Westerville, Karen (Michael) Goodburn of Lewis Center, Brenda Bergerson and Lorae (David) Lloyd both of Westerville and Rhonda Scholl of Worthington. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME 55 East Schrock Road Westerville, 5-8 p.m. Wednesday August 10th. Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday August 11, 2011. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association
or Central Ohio Diabetes Association in John’s memory.
