John B. McMahon, age 77, of Westerville, passed away surrounded by his 5 children on January 13, 2024. John was born May 26, 1946 in Glasgow, Scotland and emigrated to Long Island, New York in 1989. John was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Elaine. After retirement John and Elaine moved to Columbus, Ohio to be closer to family. John's passions were spending time with family, playing pool and of course watching (British) football. He is survived by his five children and their spouses, Paul, Joanne (Scott), Isobelle (Rich), Carol (Jim) and Steven (Beth); 12 grandkids and 7 great-grandkids.
