Joann L. Leite, age 76, of Westerville, passed away May 16, 2014 at home. Retired from Animal Clinic of Westerville and formerly employed by St. Paul Catholic Church, Ingersoll Rand and Ohio Bell. Graduate of Columbus North High School, class of 1956. Longtime member and active volunteer at St. Paul Catholic Church. Survived by her husband of 46 years, Dr. John ”Jack” Leite; children, Randy (Theresa) of Athens, OH, Jim (Karen) of Delaware, OH, Mike (Tammy) of Groveport, OH and Michelle Leite of Westerville; grandchildren, Matthew (Erin McDougall), Caitlyn, John, Jennifer, Edward, Traehnel, Kyndra and Gabby; 5 great-grandchildren; twin brother, Gerald (Candia) Payne of Iowa City, IA; sister, Deloras Forster of Hilliard, OH; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father, Harry Payne; mother, Lucy Casa; step-father, Dino Casa; infant brother, Harry. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Wednesday 4-8 p.m..Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church, 313 N. State Street, Westerville, Thursday at 10:30 a.m., Rev. Fr. David E. Gwinner, celebrant. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Rosary Wednesday 7:30 p.m..
