Jerry D. Bean, age 80, of Westerville. Born January 11, 1937 to Lester and Catherine Bean, went home to be with the Lord on March 20, 2017. Retired from White Westinghouse Corp. Long-time Westerville resident and graduate of Westerville High School. Friends of American Baptist Church and Genoa Church Top of the Hill. Survived by his wife of 60 years, Sarah Margaret Bean; his sons, Rick (Cindy) Bean, Chris (Kim) Bean, Brad (Chrissy) Bean and Darrin Bean; daughter, Michelle (Bob Roy) Raber; sixteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie Panattoni and Sandy Curtis. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. with visitation 1 hour before the service, Pastor Ralph Gordon, officiating. Interment Africa Cemetery, Lewis Center, OH. The family would like to thank the wonderful St. Ann’s Hospice staff including KaDai, Dale and Rachel.
