Jeffrey Alan Booth passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at the OSU Ross Heart Hospital. He was born February 8, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy C. Booth; his Mother, Marcia (Gundlach) Booth; and his brother; Denton L. Booth.

Jeff was a 1972 graduate of Heath High School. Jeff retired from the Guernsey Bank and was a Records Supervisor at Borden, Inc. for numerous years.

Jeff loved the water. He loved fishing with his father and brother at the Cabin on Lake Martin, outside Montgomery, Alabama. He loved the beach as well, spending time with family at St. Pete Beach, Florida on many vacations. "Chef Jeff," loved grilling and was known to make an awesome steak. Jeff was also affectionately known as "Bear."

Jeff loved with his whole heart and will be truly missed. Jeff is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sharon L. (Gotschall) Booth; his daughter, Jessica L. Booth-Grace (Brent); his sisters and brothers-in-laws, Elizabeth A. (Larry) Marks and Alicia L. (Brian) Wilson; Sister-in Law, Bonita "Bunny" L. Booth; 4 nephews, 1 niece and many special friends.

Jeff's family will receive friends on Monday, June 12, 2023 from 4 to 7 pm at the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 East Schrock Rd., Westerville, OH 43081 where his funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am.

We would like to thank the caring, dedicated staff from the OSU Ross Heart Hospital who provided exceptional care to Jeff.
